We've taken our jumbo 180-grade skinless cashews and glazed them into an addictive sweet and sour treat. Jaggery (palm sugar) discs from An Giang, Việt Nam coat these cashews giving a rich flavour similar to caramel, followed by the citrus notes of Makrut lime leaves.
